Khalil Rza Uluturk

Freedom, Turkism ideas occupies the main place in his poems.  He was one of the main ideologists of the liberation movement. Therefore, in 1990, Khalil Rza was arrested by staff of State Security Committee (KGB) of the USSR in Jan 26, 1990 and sent to Lefortovo prison, Moscow.
