Tahir Salahov

Tahir Salahov is an outstanding artist. He is considered to be a prominent representative of the modern school of artists of Azerbaijan. T.Salahov is a vise-president of International Federation of Artists by UNESCO and was elected a vise-president of Russian Academy of Art in 1997. That is why he is mostly called as “plenipotentiary ambassador of art”.
