Maraqa Khanate

It was founded in 1747. It had borders with Saqqiz mahal in south, Tabriz khanate in north, Urmia khanate in west and Ardebil khanate in east. Khanate was divided into Maragha, Takab, Sayingala, Ajabshir, Garaagaj, Binab and Miyandab mahals. The khanate was ruled by representatives of Muqaddam tribe, one branch of Javanshir dynasty of Garabagh.  In 1826 Army of Gajar invaded the khanate and put an end of khanate and annexed it.
