Articles of A. Imanguliyeva dedicated to urgent problems of modern Arabic literature, literary forums, and Russian-Arab relations were regularly published in the press and scientific and popular periodicals. The scientist and researcher was designer and editor of “”Issues of Arabic philology journal polished by the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences. In addition, she was a member of the Presidium of the All-Union Society of Orientalists (1987) and Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan sector of the society (since 1983). She read lectures international conferences held in Moscow, Baku, Dushanbe, Hamburg (ADR) and devoted to the problems of the East. A. Imanguliyeva  was a unique experts that studied the new Arabic literature.
