Hamlet Isakhanly

His fiction and publicist creativity is rich and multilateral. His works are also known and read in the international arena. He is an author of some literary etudes, essays dedicated to literature and cultural history, prominent personalities, modern problems. He is founder and rector of the Khazar University.
