Gulhuseyn Huseynoglu

During the cult of personality he had been arrested and was sentenced to 25 years. In 1956 he was rehabilitated.  His first story Mother” was published in 1944, Violet legend the first prosaic work was published in 1946. He is known in Azerbaijani literature as the founder of the prosaic poem. His works have been translated into many foreign languages.
