Agasi Bey Avsharov

There is no detailed information about his life. S.Semanov in his book Brusilov wrote about him that in 1897, major-general Agasibey Avsharov was appointed as head of Petersburg School of Cavalry. General Avsharov good military commander knowing the military work. 

In February 1902, Major-General Agasi Bey Avsharov  was dismissed from the pots of head of Cavalry School in St. Petersburg and has been appointed as chief inspector in General Staff of the army of cavalry.
