Teymur bey Novruzov

Teymur bey studied in Tbilisi in the cadet corps. In 1898 he began the military service and rose from private to major-general rank. By order of Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 02, 1919 he was conferred the rank of major-general for excellent services in the army.
