Khalil bey Talishkhanov

There is a few very information about major general Khalil bery Talishkhanov  (in some documents Talishinski). It is known that he was born in Tbilisi in 1859, took part in the First World War and during the war was promoted to major-general rank. In 1917 after returned to Azerbaijan Taliskhanov was appointed as commander of 1st Corps of Muslim gunner division.
