The State Commission on Student Admission (SCSA)

The State Commission on Student Admission (TQDK - SCSA) has been created with purpose of implementing student admission to higher schools in the Azerbaijan Republic by resolution of Mr. Abulfaz Elchibey in 1992. Student admission is implemented in centralized order by State Commission of Students Admission, with test method.

The State Commission on Student Admission of Azerbaijan Republic takes special place in the education system by being a part of the state management organs, it is independent in activities and subordinates to the President of Azerbaijan Republic.

Presently Mrs Maleyka Mehdi kizi Abbaszade leads the State Commission of Students Admission.
