\"For distinction in the civil service\" medal

Approved by Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 515-IIQ of 7 November 2003.

The medal “For merits in the civil service” shall be made of bronze and composed as a plate, decorated with national ornament. State Emblem of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be pictured in the centre of the plate 35 mm in diameter. The words “For merits in the civil service” shall be written on the radiating rays around the Emblem. All inscriptions and pictures shall be embossed. The back of the medal shall be smooth with the number of the medal stamped in the middle. The medal shall be combined with ring and loop with five-point silk band with shades of yellow-pink colour sized of 27 mm X 43 mm, with fastener for dress. The medal shall be attached with ribbon, made of same silk band and decorated with national ornament sized of 27 mm X 9 mm.
