\"Progress\" medal

It was approved by Law of Azerbaijan Republic, No 429-IQD dated Feb 6, 1998.

Progress medal consists of counters of motion symbol, is of round board with 35 mm of diameter, cast from bronze, with narrow board of national ornament.  

The symbol of flowering (prospering) was described in the centre of the medal and words Tərəqqi was written along the circle on it. Flower description and writing is salient. It is back side is smooth and the number of the medal was carved in the middle. Medal is attached on dress with five corner ribbon of green color with size of 27 mm x 43 mm, with ring and loop. The mould with size of 27 mm x 9 mm made of same ribbon on star and crescent on it , with element for  fixation on dress.
