The deserved scientific figure, the leading children\'s doctor of own period. He graduated from Odessa Medical Institute. Till 1917-1918 before the October Revolution and establishment of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan he as well known diagnostic expert and later theorist. He had a great role in the Azerbaijan State Medical Institute and as head of the Scientific-Research Institute of the protection of mothers during many years in preparation of the doctor-pediatrician. He is the father of the famous Azerbaijani composer Gara Garayev.
