Fuad Salayev

He graduated from Azerbaijan State Art School named after A. Azimzade and the Moscow State Institute named after Surikov. For many years, he has been participated in many exhibitions of the Soviet Union, and he had a number of creative projects with the Academy of Art Russia. 

His first major work was the monument to Sergey Yesenin. It is interesting that the poet\'s monument in Russia at that time was not erected yet.

At present, he is the vice-rector of the Academy of Arts. People\'s Artist, Professor Fuad Salayev was named an academician of the Russian Academy of Arts, too.
